English for International Students - Critique I
Course designed for first semester international students, with emphasis on building vocabulary and language competency within a studio environment. Students practice and develop skills through critique, class discussion, and written assignments.
Academic Access Program, Critical Reading II, 2011-12
This course is the second half of the Academic Access Program, designed to strengthen development of reading comprehension and critical thinking skills in reading college-level text. Emphasis is placed on advancing analytical skills and learning strategies through class discussion, written projects, and presentations.
